Refund and Cancellation Policy for RDCG Progressive Citizens Social Associations

Thank you for supporting RDCG Progressive Citizens Social Associations. Your donations and contributions help us carry out our social welfare, education, healthcare, environmental, and community development initiatives.

Donations

All donations made to RDCG Progressive Citizens Social Associations are voluntary and are utilized to support our charitable programs and activities.

As a general policy, donations are non-refundable once processed successfully.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The donation was made due to an unauthorized use of a payment method.
  • A duplicate transaction occurred due to a technical error.
  • An incorrect donation amount was processed because of a system malfunction.

To request a refund, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:

  • Full Name
  • Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
  • Date of Donation
  • Donation Amount
  • Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of RDCG Progressive Citizens Social Associations shall be final.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect in the donor’s account, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Cancellation of Donations

Once a donation transaction has been completed, it generally cannot be canceled. Donors are requested to verify all details carefully before making a contribution.

No Return Policy

As RDCG Progressive Citizens Social Associations is a non-profit organization and does not sell physical goods through this website, there are no products eligible for return or exchange.
